The Eccles-Lesher Memorial Library is a small, hometown library located in the rural community of Rimersburg, PA. It was built in 1968 and was renovated in 2003. It serves seven municipalities with a total population of 5,319 within the Union School District.
The mission of the Eccles-Lesher Memorial Library is to support lifelong learning of all community members by providing a library where individuals can be assisted and encouraged in their informational, educational, cultural and recreational pursuits. This assistance will be provided with a collection of materials in a variety of appropriate formats and interlibrary cooperation.

Library Cards
Library cards are free for the residents in the Union School District.
To apply for a library card, please visit the library with a valid ID (with current physical address) or official document (utility bill, bank statement, fishing/hunting license).
Children under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the library card application and the parent/guardian must have a library card in good standing.
Library cards are also free for non-residents who have a valid library card from an out-of-county Access PA library (blue sticker).
The annual non-resident fee (for those without a valid Access PA card) is $25.00.
Replacement fee for lost cards is $3.00.
Eccles-Lesher Memorial Library cards can be used at any Clarion County Library.
