Welcome!

A StoryWalk is an outdoor reading experience that encourages children and families to read and move. At its core, this program is about kids, reading, getting outside, and connecting with family.

Eccles-Lesher Memorial Library has partnered with Redbank Valley Trail Association to bring you our Story Book Trail for the fourth year. Our permanent installation has us moving from the Sligo Spur of the Redbank Valley Trail just off State Rt. 861 in Madison Township.

The best part of our StoryWalk® is how it brings together community partners to make something wonderful happen. It’s really exciting for all of us.

The Eccles-Lesher Memorial Library’s 2026 fall/winter StoryWalk® title is The Leaf Thief by Alice Hemming and illustrated by Nicola Slater.
