Libby is an app where you can enjoy e-books, digital audiobooks, and magazines from your public library. You can stream titles with Wi-Fi or mobile data, or download them for offline use and read anytime, anywhere. All you need to get started is your library card.
Our Libby by OverDrive collection (through Oil Creek Library District) now offers 9,000+ e-books, 1,000+ digital audiobooks, and 2,500+ magazines. Never any late fees; items check back in automatically at the end of the loan period. Place holds and receive an e-mail notification when item is available.

1. Click “Sign in” (top, right side, green button).
2. Select “Eccles-Lesher Memorial Library” from drop down box.
3. Enter your library card number (no spaces-14 digits).

AccessPA is an online catalog, which includes lists of books, movies, and other materials found in Pennsylvania Libraries. Using this web-based portal, Pennsylvanians can search the holdings of over 2,600 school, public, academic, and special libraries in Pennsylvania. Access PA is the result of coordinated resource-sharing among the libraries of all types throughout the Commonwealth. It enables PA residents to locate specific items. If an item is not available at their local library, they may ask their local librarian to request a loan from another library. Sharing resources in this way makes it possible for PA libraries to provide excellent, cost-effective customer service.
The Pennsylvania Online World of Electronic Resources (or POWER Library) is offered as a service of Pennsylvania’s public libraries, school libraries, and the State Library. It includes over 20 online databases, plus over 16,000 e-books you can read online and/or download. The POWER Library allows you to access thousands of full text periodicals articles, newspapers, a major encyclopedia, plus photographs, pictures, charts, maps, reference materials for young people and more. You will find materials of interest in most subject areas for all age groups from young children to adults. The Oil Creek Library District has a new resource available to patrons of each individual county! Dial-A-Story is a service that offers children and families access to weekly recorded stories featuring expert children’s librarians and storytellers. This service is free to the public and available from any phone. Each county has their own phone number. In Clarion County, you will want to dial 814-914-9123 to listen to a weekly story in English.
